These terms govern your use of Elite Resume Solutions ("the site," "we") and your purchase of resume writing services from us. By using the site or buying a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the site.

What we sell

Elite Resume Solutions is a resume writing service. Packages include professional resume writing, with some packages adding a cover letter and a LinkedIn profile review. Services are sold through Groupon, and redemption starts through the intake form linked from the site, where clients submit their details, target job, and latest resume, and sign the client agreement.

Turnaround and revisions

Turnaround times are stated on the site and on the Groupon offer for each package. If the stated times differ between pages, the Groupon offer terms at the time of purchase govern. Revisions are included as described on the offer, including the stated window for edits. Expedited service may be available for an extra charge, where offered.

What you provide, and what you get

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your experience, skills, and work history, and for reviewing the finished documents before you use them. We write and edit based on what you provide; we do not verify your credentials with employers, and the finished resume remains your responsibility to check for accuracy before you send it anywhere.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any employment outcome. A professionally written resume can improve how you present yourself, but hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us.

Payment and refunds

Payment is handled through Groupon under Groupon's own terms. Refund requests for a Groupon purchase follow Groupon's refund policy. If you have a service concern, contact us through the contact page so we can try to resolve it before you pursue a refund route.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to submit someone else's resume or personal information without their permission, submit false information, or interfere with the site's operation. We may refuse service or block access for misuse.

Third-party links

The site links to Groupon and to the intake form. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or services, including any employment decision made by a third party. Nothing here is legal or career advice for a specific situation; general guidance in our content is information only.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
