This policy explains what Elite Resume Solutions ("the site," "we") collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. It applies only to this site, not to Groupon or any other third-party service linked from it.

What we collect

When you start a service: Redemption begins through the intake form, where you submit your contact details, target job, and latest resume, and sign the client agreement. We use that material only to prepare your resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn review, and to communicate with you about the work.

When you contact us: If you use the contact page, we receive whatever you send, typically your name, email address, and your message. We use it only to respond and to handle your request.

When you browse: The site may use analytics to understand how visitors use it in aggregate, such as which pages are visited and roughly how many visitors there are. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.

How resumes are handled

Your resume and the details you provide are treated as private client material. We do not publish them, share them with other clients, or sell them. We share them only where needed to deliver your service, for example with the writer preparing your documents. We keep client material only as long as needed to complete the service and handle follow-up revisions or questions, and then we delete or archive it securely.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your permission. Payment for Groupon purchases is handled by Groupon under its own terms; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Third-party services

Services are sold through Groupon, and intake runs through a form hosted by a third party. Groupon and the form provider have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Please review the privacy policy of any service you use from here.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices
